Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note the following conditions:

• Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

• Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on the part of ParkElements.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace damaged or defective components rather than replacing the entire unit. Please provide detailed photos of the damaged or defective parts when contacting customer service.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Color Selection: We do not offer refunds due to inaccurate color selection or dissatisfaction with the chosen color.

• Customer Preference: Refunds will not be provided for items returned solely based on personal preference or dislike.
